Main Topic:
Our main topic is divided
into two sections. The first will be fitness, in which we will be discussing
issues relating to general fitness, being healthy and fitness in terms of gym.
The second section we will be addressing different sports. Mainly sports which
interest us or are popular amongst the community,
we will be giving a simple description of the sport and
outlining its benefit to your physical fitness or well-being. In cases where we
can actually play the sport we might attempt the sport to give it a realistic
review. Additionally, we will attempt to draw links between general fitness and
an active sporting lifestyle.
